waf_tools.bms_config_generate.set_balancing_strategy(bld: BuildContext, system: System) → list[dict]

Configure balancing strategy defines and environment variables.

Sets FOXBMS_BALANCING_STRATEGY_<NAME> and validates that the selected strategy is compatible with the configured AFE.

Parameters:

• bld – The active waf build context.

• system – The validated system configuration.

Returns:

A list of define dictionaries for header generation.

Raises:

SystemExit – Indirectly via bld.fatal() if the AFE does not support the selected balancing strategy.
