cli.helpers.misc.initialize_path_variable_for_foxbms() → None

Add expected foxBMS paths to the PATH environment variable.

Only existing directories are added, and duplicates are removed. Paths potentially containing other undesired Python installations are filtered out.

Raises:

FileNotFoundError – If the configured path list file does not exist.
