Function to generically handle multiplexer values that are not supported in a message.

This function shall be called in the default clause of a received, multiplexed message, to tell the sender, that this message-multiplexer combination is not supported.

Parameters

messageId	message ID, that does not support the message-multiplexer combination
multiplexerValue	multiplexer value, that does not support the message-multiplexer combination
